A. Yes! After a thorough assessment, your program will address: mobility/ stability/ strength/ speed/ and power. Specific exercises and techniques will address your deficiencies in order to get you the results you want in an efficient manner.

Q. I’d like to lose some body fat, do you help with that?

A. Yes! We take a whole view approach to weight loss that includes not only nutritional and fitness approaches, but also the psychological blocks that can lead to self-sabotage. You also receive ongoing support between sessions.

Q. Can you help me regain mobility?

A. Yes! An athletic body with reduced restrictions is key to performing efficient movement. Specific exercises will be designed around your individual needs to help your body achieve more fluid and agile movement.

Q. Will this help give me more energy?

A. Yes! We will carefully design and implement a training program focused on gradual gains in strength, energy, fluidity, and endurance to give you the energy to thrive (not just survive).

Q. Can you help with (back/knee/shoulder/other) pain that’s inhibiting me from enjoying more out of life?

A. Yes! After assessment we target these issues with specific mobility, stability, and corrective exercises for your body. Proper Posture, Balance, and Muscle Activation are taught which results in improved mechanics and a reduction or elimination of pain.


 

3. Increase Energy for Living

Q. I seem to tire quickly.  Can you help?

A. Yes! Proper training sequences and intensities are designed specifically to develop endurance over hours, days, and a lifetime.

Q. Does what I eat and drink make a difference in my vitality?

A. Yes! Nutrition and recovery is as important to your success as your effort in training. We teach you what to eat and when to eat it to maximize strength, energy, and concentration.


 

4. Training Philosophy

Q. Are all programs super-intense? I get intimidated by all the fitness equipment and thought of intense exercise.

A. No! Fitness does not require exhausting workouts with heavy weights and intense routines. In fact all programs focus on science and safety and are directly designed around your specific goals and abilities. We want you to enjoy the process and that is the proven best way to achieve lasting results.

Q. Will we work as a partnership? I've been turned off in the past by the "drill sergeant" training method. I want to enjoy this!

A. Yes! ENERGYZ is all about the team approach and that means 100% positive and supportive coaching and knowing that even when you’re not at our facility we’ll be there for you! Email, Text, and Phone Support are all included with the program.

 

5. Medical

Q. Do you perform Physical Therapy

A. In a word-No. We do however work closely with physical therapists and orthopedics both local and away and highly recommend the team approach. If you are working with a medical professional we will share information with your permission and planning at no extra cost!

6. Training Locations

Q. Can I train in different locations?

A. Yes! Training in person is available at the Private Torrance Facility. Training is also available worldwide via your computer or phone with our customizable fitness training software program allowing you to train wherever you have access to!

7. Class Information

Q. How do I find out more information on upcoming classes and schedules?

A. Send an email with your contact info to info@energyzgym.com and you will be notified as classes are added. You will receive priority sign up calculated by the date the request for info was received. None of your information will ever be given to ANY third party!
