How Do We Start?

At ENERGYZ, we start with a thorough assessment. This includes an in-depth conversation about what it is you really want to achieve. We go below the surface and find the factors that are going to get you clear on your goals AND support your commitment to yourself. We will then look at your health history and perform a science based physical assessment (FMS protocols or TPI screen) to see if there is any disfunction and imbalances. You will receive a thorough computerized report which we will go over and from that assessment I will create your custom program and explain exactly why we are going to do what we do.

At ENERGYZ you receive a carefully thought out and supervised program along with unlimited access to me and my resources for as long as we partner. I am in your life and 100% committed to what you are committed to. No judgement, no expectations. Let’s see where you are and that’s where we start!

Welcome to a private 1600 sq ft facility with a bathroom and with door adjacent parking and a 5000 sq ft outdoor training area.
